y player, inspirational speaker and founder of “Maddie’s Everlasting Wish” Foundation. Sharon travels to share her daughters story and legacy, inspiring and supporting others to make a difference. Her daughter’s story has been featured in print, radio, & TV, including: CBC’s show “No Opportunity Wasted.” (Phil Keoghan – Amazing Race) & Oprah Winfrey Network Canada – “Life Story Project”. Sharon has been recognized for the work she has done at home and in Africa and is the recipient of many awards including – “Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee” Medal and “YWCA Woman of Distinction 2013”.
